Solar Winds Northern IPA

Solar Winds is a bright and expressive Northern IPA that channels the energy of its namesake. Fermented with Aurora, a new yeast strain from Lallemand, and hopped with Strata, Enigma and Citra, this beer bursts with vibrant tropical fruit character from the first pour.

Golden straw in colour with a slight haze and a dense white head, Solar Winds opens with aromas of melon, grape, pineapple, berry and guava. A light malt backbone lets the hops shine from start to finish, delivering waves of juicy tropical fruit alongside hints of citrus and subtle pine.

Expect flavours of pineapple, melon and guava balanced by a medium bitterness and a crisp, dry finish that keeps everything in orbit. Light-bodied with lively carbonation, Solar Winds delivers bold hop character while remaining highly drinkable.

Like the charged particles streaming from the sun, this beer is bright, energetic, and dangerously easy to drink for its 6.5% ABV.
